The InTune Wave Rife Frequency Resonator Wellness Machine (also referred to as the “InTune Wave Pro”) is a general wellness product and not a medical device. InTune Wave LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No medical or therapeutic claims are made, either express or implied. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
Governing Principle
All refunds, returns, and buy-back eligibility are determined solely by the physical condition of the product, not by perceived effectiveness, expected outcomes, or personal experience.
Policy Structure & Priority
This policy includes two separate programs, which cannot be combined:

30-Day Free Return — unused, unopened devices only

90-Day Buy-Back — used devices only
If there is any conflict, this hierarchy controls.
30-Day Free Return (Unused Devices Only)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the device is:

Unused, unopened, and unactivated

In original condition
-
Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns using a prepaid label. Returns that fail inspection may be refused or reclassified under the Buy-Back Program.
90-Day Buy-Back Program (Used Devices)
Used devices may qualify for buy-back within 90 days of delivery, based solely on product condition.
To qualify, the device must:

Be in like-new physical condition

Include all original packaging and accessories

Show no damage, misuse, modification, or abnormal wear

Pass inspection at the sole discretion of InTune Wave LLC
Buy-Back Terms

30% non-refundable restocking fee

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds issued only after inspection and approval
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, modified, incomplete, or excessively worn devices

Products missing original components
-
Digital products or downloadable frequency files

Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos and a description
We may replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification is not covered.
Refund Processing

All returns are inspected upon receipt

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing takes 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
