Shipping Policy- The basics
It is our goal to get you your InTune Wave Rife health and wellness frequency resonator machine as fast as possible. The Engineers of this product have traveled to the USA, South Korea, the UK, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland in order to acquire the most up- to-date technological advancements and research findings related to resonance (Rife) therapy.
Most of the time, orders ship directly from Amsterdam to Texas and from there are shipped to your address. Because of this, items are automatically set to out of stock/backorder and are expected to be received in Texas within 14 business days and then shipped to you. You will be kept aware of your orders progress!
Order Processing & Availability
Most InTune Wave devices ship from Amsterdam to our Texas fulfillment location, and from there are shipped directly to your address. As a result: Products may appear as out of stock or on backorder at the time of purchase. This status reflects incoming inventory already in transit—not a cancellation or delay beyond normal expectations. Orders are typically received at our Texas fulfillment center within approximately 14 business days, after which they are prepared and shipped to customers.
Shipping Timeline
Once your order arrives in Texas:Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order is dispatched. Delivery times after shipment vary based on destination and carrier performance and are not guaranteed.

We use reliable third-party shipping carriers selected based on destination, package size, and service availability.
Domestic & International Shipping
U.S. Shipping: Available to most U.S. addresses
International Shipping: Availability varies by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. InTune is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier-related issues outside of our control.
Order Updates & Tracking
You will be kept informed of your order’s progress throughout the shipping process. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. InTune is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returned shipments may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at: info@intunewave.com. Please include your order number and any relevant details so we can assist promptly.
