These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by InTune Wave LLC (“InTune Wave,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing or using any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or products.

1. Product Classification & Intended Use

InTune-branded products, including the InTune Wave Rife Frequency Resonator Wellness Machine (also referred to as the “InTune Wave Pro”), are general wellness products and not medical devices.

InTune Wave LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No medical or therapeutic claims are made, either express or implied. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

Products are intended for educational and personal use only and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

2. No Medical Advice

InTune Wave LLC does not provide medical advice.

Use of InTune products is not a substitute for professional medical care. You agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or health concern and acknowledge that you do not rely on InTune Wave for medical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.

3. Assumption of Risk & User Responsibility.

By purchasing or using InTune products, you acknowledge and agree that:

Use is voluntary.
You are solely responsible for determining suitability.
You assume all risks associated with use, whether known or unknown.

Product use does not create any medical, therapeutic, or clinical relationship. You agree to use products only as directed and in compliance with applicable laws.

4. No Guarantees or Outcome-Based Claims

InTune Wave LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding effectiveness, outcomes, results, or benefits.

Refunds, returns, and buy-backs are determined solely by the physical condition of the product, not by perceived effectiveness, personal experience, or dissatisfaction with results.

5. Refund, Return & Buy-Back Policy (Exclusive Remedy)

All refunds, returns, and buy-backs are governed exclusively by the Refund, Return & Buy-Back Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Policy Structure & Priority

This policy includes two separate programs, which cannot be combined:

30-Day Free Return — unused, unopened devices only.
90-Day Buy-Back — used devices only

If there is any conflict, this hierarchy controls.

30-Day Free Return (Unused Devices Only)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the device is:

Unused, unopened, and unactivatedIn original condition
Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Returns that fail inspection may be refused or reclassified under the Buy-Back Program.

90-Day Buy-Back Program (Used Devices)

Used devices may qualify for buy-back within 90 days of delivery based solely on product condition.

Eligibility requires:

Like-new physical condition
All original packaging and accessories
No damage, misuse, modification, or abnormal wear
Passing inspection at the sole discretion of InTune Wave LLC

Buy-Back Terms:

30% non-refundable restocking fee
Customer responsible for return shipping
Refunds issued only after inspection and approval

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, modified, incomplete, or excessively worn devices
Products missing original components
Digital products or downloadable frequency files
Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos and a description

InTune Wave LLC may replace the product or issue a refund at its discretion. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Authorization Required

Returns or buy-backs require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InTune Wave LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Personal injury or health outcomes
Reliance on product information
Loss of income or profits
Emotional distress
Product misuse or misunderstanding
Refunds, returns, or buy-backs are the sole and exclusive remedies available to customers.

7. Third-Party & Affiliate Products

This website may include links to third-party products or services, including affiliate links. InTune Wave LLC may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Third-party products are not manufactured, owned, or controlled by InTune Wave LLC. We do not independently test, verify, or guarantee third-party claims, performance, safety, or effectiveness.

Responsibility rests solely with the third-party manufacturer or seller.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and designs—is the property of InTune Wave LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InTune Wave LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Product use or misuse
Reliance on information provided
Violation of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Modifications

InTune Wave LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
